Greetings Parents and Welcome to the Hillsborough Early Head Start program where our youngest learners shine bright!
In Hillsborough County, LSF Early Head Start provides the highest quality early childhood education to children who otherwise might have been left behind. Through our Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships program, we serve 120 Infants and Toddlers through 30 licensed family care home sites. Our Family Care sites are located throughout Hillsborough County in selected zip codes. Our main office, which is located at 3615 W Waters Ave Tampa Florida 33614 is the designated location for orienting parents and working through the process towards enrollment. Each home provides services for rour to six children enrolled from 6 weeks to 36 months in a family-based setting. LSF’s commitment to early childhood education is simple: to enhance the development of young children between birth and three years old and to promote healthy family functioning.

EARLY HEAD START CHILD CARE PARTNER
The Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships serves 100 children (6 weeks up to 3 years old) and their families. Our child care partners are located in zip codes 33578, 33610, 33611, 33614, 33615, 33617, 33619, 33624, 33634, 33637.
In addition to the traditional Early Head Start comprehensive services (education, health/mental health, family engagement), our child care partners program also provides the following options:
- Family Child Care Home (a more intimate, home environment with no more than 12 children).
